PROOFED DOUGHS
1. Keep product frozen at 0║F (-18║C) or below until ready to use.
2. Remove desired number of units from case and then reseal case.
3. Place dough on pan.
4. If necessary, dough can be docked to control any blistering or
bubbling.
5. Top as desired.
Convection oven
375║F (190║C)
7-10 minutes
Deck oven
500║F (260║C)
8-11 minutes
Conveyor oven
500║F(260║C)
4.5-5.5 minutes
*Product may be placed on pan, covered with plastic and held under
refrigeration for up to 2 days maximum. Please note that finished product
thickness may be affected by refrigeration.
